I'm Wangui.
I'm a consumer of self-help content. I read the books, listened to the podcasts, took the courses. And for a long time, I stayed stuck in cycles I could name perfectly but couldn't seem to leave.
It wasn't a consistency problem. It wasn't discipline. My body knew something my mind hadn't met yet. Once I started working at that layer with a coach who understood it, things I'd been carrying for years started to loosen.
I trained so I could do this work for other people. I work with intelligent, self-aware people who are tired of fighting the same shape of themselves. If that sounds like you, the discovery call is a good place to start.

Most of what runs your behavior runs below your awareness. We surface it together — gently, deliberately — so the unconscious patterns become conscious choices.

Your nervous system holds information your mind hasn't met yet. Working somatically, we listen to what your body has been trying to say.

When the root is understood, the cycle loses its grip. You stop fighting the symptom. The freedom isn't forced — it follows.
